Cupcakes & Nachos

Today was a beautiful sunny day.  J had preschool in the morning.  Ri and I went to the grocery store and picked up gluten free cake mix and frosting for hubby's cupcakes. It's his birthday tomorrow.  Even though my husband and kids don't have celiac disease like me, I mostly cook and bake gluten free. 

J and I baked while Ri was sleeping and when nap time was over, the decorating began!  They loved the sprinkles!

After cupcakes, we blew up balloons, put up a happy birthday sign and made birthday cards.  Then it was time for supper. Loaded Nachos!  Lean ground beef, peppers, green onions and Marble cheese.
