Today in Newfoundland, we

It is Wednesday evening.  It has been a hot day, 29 with a feel like of 34.  It was our first sunny and hot day since we landed Saturday night.  This afternoon Met took us to Canadian Tire and bought the kids a small pool and a sprinkler.  The kids had so much fun running around in the water and splashing in the water.  One thing about renting, we normally don't have space for a sprinkler or a pool. So, this was extra special for them.

This morning, I got sick.  Twice so far this week.  Thankfully it didn't last through out the day.  I am one of the lucky pregnant ladies whose morning sickness/nausea last through out the whole pregnancy.

After breakfast, we went to a place called 'Little Port Harmon'.  It is down by the ocean, same road as the golf course.  At the end of the road is a small harbour.  We walked around an old camp ground, once called 'Indian Head Park', near the golf course.  We didn't walk around all of it, it was hot and we started getting hungry.

Earlier this week, there were grey skies and rain showers.  We went to the library and had a fire on the deck.  I'll post pictures of the library in another post.  It is so great for kids!
